Currently, I facilitate therapeutic groups for multiple clinics and operate a private practice. With a master's degree in clinical psychology and a robust skill set that includes: cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy as well as mindfulness training. I am well-equipped to address a wide range of mental health concerns, such as:

mood disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder etc),
-
addiction
-
traumatic experiences
-
